McJohnson is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet application that:

Allows users to store, send, and receive LTCO and POL tokens
Provides access to third-party decentralized applications ("Mini Apps")
Gives users complete control over their private keys and assets
Operates on the Polygon blockchain network

3. Non-Custodial Nature

⚠️ Critical Information

McJohnson Wallet is non-custodial. This means:

You have complete control of your private keys and seed phrase
We do NOT have access to your funds, private keys, or wallet
We CANNOT recover your wallet if you lose your seed phrase
We CANNOT reverse, cancel, or refund transactions
You are solely responsible for securing your wallet credentials

4. Eligibility

To use McJohnson Wallet, you must:

Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
Not be located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency use is prohibited
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Supported Tokens

The wallet currently supports LTCO and POL tokens only. If you import a wallet containing other assets:

Those assets remain safe on the blockchain
They will NOT be visible or accessible within the App
You can access them using other compatible wallets

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Securely storing your seed phrase and private keys (write them down offline)
Never sharing your seed phrase with anyone, including McJohnson team members
Using trusted devices and secure networks
Verifying all transaction details before confirming
Complying with all applicable laws regarding digital assets
Any transactions made from your wallet

7. Mini-Applications

The App allows access to third-party Mini Apps developed by independent developers. You acknowledge that:

Mini Apps are NOT developed, controlled, or endorsed by McJohnson
We do NOT verify the safety, legality, or accuracy of Mini Apps
You use Mini Apps at your own risk
You must review and accept each Mini App's permissions before use
We are NOT liable for any losses from Mini App interactions
Mini Apps may have their own terms of service and privacy policies

8. LTCO Utility Token

Token Disclaimer

LTCO is a utility token, NOT an investment or security.

LTCO is designed for transactional use within the ecosystem
It does NOT represent equity, debt, or ownership
It does NOT promise profits or financial returns
Cryptocurrency is highly volatile and speculative

9. No Financial Advice

All information on this website and in the App is for educational and informational purposes only. It is NOT financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

10. Blockchain Transactions

All LTCO and POL transactions are:

Final and irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain
Subject to network fees (gas costs) determined by the Polygon network
Your sole responsibility—we cannot reverse, cancel, or refund them
Public and viewable on blockchain explorers

11. Fees

You agree to pay:

Blockchain network fees (gas fees) for all transactions
Any fees clearly disclosed within the App interface
All fees are non-refundable, even if a transaction fails

12. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

Use the App for illegal activities, fraud, or money laundering
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the App's operation
Reverse engineer or decompile the application
Impersonate others or create fake accounts
Distribute malware or malicious code
Engage in market manipulation

13. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials related to McJohnson Wallet are owned by us or our licensors. You may NOT:

Copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission
Use our trademarks without written authorization
Create derivative works based on the App

14. Risks

Cryptocurrency and blockchain technology involve significant risks, including:

Price Volatility: Token values can fluctuate dramatically
Loss of Access: Lost seed phrases result in permanent loss of funds
Technical Vulnerabilities: Smart contracts may contain bugs

You acknowledge and accept these risks by using the App.

15. Disclaimers
